One of my favorite meals…Jammin Jumbalaya!  
              1.5-2 cups white rice
              8-9oz of Turkey sausage (soaked & strained).
              1-1.5 cups of bells peppers/mushrooms/ French cut green beans (soaked & strained)
              Topped with Molly McButter
Great post workout meal or middle of the day, early afternoon meal. Super easy, super clean and will last all week. For variety I’ll add scrambled eggs (breakfast time), add pulled chicken lunchtime or add beef/steak at dinner time.
Again, super easy!
Meal prep DOES NOT have to be hard!
